1. Deerhunter - A family tradition

The textile company F. Engel K/S was founded in 1927 as a family business. It was extended in 1985 with Deerhunter Outdoor Clothing, a showcase of the Engel family’s enthusiasm for hunting. Currently being managed by the families fourth generation, there is still a strong passion for the products and the desire to continue to innovate the industry. The Deerhunter company is not just a business, but a way of life.

Deerhunter’s reputation for developing some of the most innovative, high-tech and high quality men’s hunting apparel has seen them establish a great reputation throughout the hunting community.

Today this has resulted in Deerhunter clothing being represented in over 30 different countries.

2. Designed and worn by real hunters

Deerhunter’s concept of high quality clothing being designed and built by real hunters has been the foundation of the company’s collections for generations. This has inevitably helped create some of the most innovative and high-tech hunting clothing available for hunters.

Today, Deerhunter clothing is thoroughly tested by professional hunters who provide their feedback and reviews of the effectiveness of Deerhunter clothing when on their hunting adventures. From seemingly impenetrable forestry, to sub-zero mountain ranges, from tropical thunderstorms to searing heat waves, you can be assured that every Deerhunter range has been developed specifically to different variations of hunting and environments throughout the world.
